Laurence Chia

Laurence Chia, President and Founder of the World Grace Foundation, is a U.S. Navy veteran with a passion for service and community leadership. Originally from Cameroon, Laurence’s military career as a Marine Electrician earned him multiple awards. He dedicates his time to supporting veterans, volunteering IT expertise, and guiding youth as a pastor. Laurence’s vision for the Foundation is to empower communities through education, healthcare, and sustainability, creating lasting global impact.

Pascale Hapi

Pascale Hapi, Vice President of the World Grace Foundation, is a dynamic leader with a background in public health, business development, and community empowerment. With degrees in Health Education and Public Policy, Pascale has led initiatives for organizational growth and efficiency. Her commitment to service and education drives her work with the Foundation, where she plays a key role in advancing its mission of supporting education, healthcare, and human rights globally.

Viridiana Chia

Viridiana Chia, a U.S. Navy veteran and psychology professional, brings leadership, resilience, and community service to the World Grace Foundation. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology, she offers unique insights into mental health and team dynamics. Her dedication extends beyond her military career, as she actively supports several non-profit organizations. Viridiana’s passion for service and commitment to helping others make her a key asset in the Foundation’s mission to promote global education, healthcare, and human rights.
